We like working one-on-one with my students, creating a team and program to help them achieve their goals. Since each student is different, I like to create and select the material for each student's needs. Sometimes, we suggest some books, but I try to keep my students from spending too much money.
Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Policy: Payments cannot be deferred until a make-up lesson is scheduled. All lessons must be paid in advance according to the existing payment schedule. By making a payment, you agree to abide by the studio rules. 2. Lesson Packages: Packages of 5 lessons must be completed within seven weeks from the date of purchase. Lessons not taken within this period will be forfeited. 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the lesson. If a cancellation occurs within the 12-hour window before the scheduled lesson, the studio will attempt to offer a make-up lesson, but the student will still need to adhere to the current payment schedule. Cancellations should be communicated via cell phone and email to ensure proper notification. 4. Punctuality: Log in to the virtual classroom five (5) minutes before your scheduled lesson. Please note that no additional time will be provided if a lesson runs into the next scheduled time. 5. Minors: Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during their lesson. This ensures safety and provides support throughout the learning process. 6. Technology Check: Before each lesson, ensure your internet connection, camera, and microphone work properly. If technical issues arise, inform the instructor as soon as possible. Try to take the lesson on your computer, not your phone. 6. Distractions: Choose a quiet, well-lit space for your lessons. Minimize background noise and interruptions to maintain focus and professionalism. 7. Dress Code: Dress appropriately for the lesson, just as you would for an in-person class. Casual attire is acceptable, but please avoid anything too informal or distracting. 8. Communication: Use polite and respectful language at all times. If you have questions or need clarification, raise your hand or use the designated chat feature to ask. Constructive feedback is encouraged. If you have suggestions or concerns about the lesson, respectfully discuss them with the instructor. 9. Recording and Privacy: Do not record lessons without explicit permission from the instructor. Respect the privacy of other students and adhere to any confidentiality agreements. 10.
